His experience spans end-to-end ERP and systems environments, aligning business strategy with technology platforms so that systems are not merely implemented but are stable, scalable and delivering real operational value.

He has worked across mining, telecommunications and mid-market organisations, in ten countries across Africa and in New Zealand.

Leading ERP solution delivery in a mining environment across finance, supply chain, asset maintenance and HR. Solution decisions across ERP, ISVs and integrations, with governance and delivery oversight across multiple vendors.

Practice Manager, Business Applications

Led a mid-market business applications practice for a technology consultancy in New Zealand. Defined solution offerings across ERP, reporting and ISV ecosystems, and built scalable delivery and support models. New business growth of 100% in a single year.

2016 – 2021

Business Manager, Applications and Managed Services

Delivery across multiple ERP platforms and a portfolio of managed-service clients. Drove ERP recovery initiatives by realigning system design and delivery approach. Moved the managed services function from single to double-digit profitability.

2011 – 2016

Group Business Systems Manager

Programme management for network operations centres and financial business systems across ten markets in Africa for a telecommunications infrastructure group, including a global ERP rollout.

2010 – 2011

Data Modeler

Management and operational reporting for a communications group operating across five countries.

Independent Consultant

ERP implementation, reporting and tender submissions across motor spares, FMCG, construction and engineering.
