Who we are

MY3N (Pty) Ltd is a South African consultancy specialising in Microsoft Dynamics ERP delivery and recovery. We take over programmes that have stalled, overrun or lost stakeholder confidence, and get them to go-live.

We work with organisations whose programme is in difficulty, and with those who cannot afford a go-live date to slip. Based in Johannesburg, delivering across South Africa, Africa and internationally.

WHY MY3N

Why the company exists

MY3N was founded in 2021 around a problem we had seen repeatedly, and from both sides of the table — as the client, and from inside the implementation partner.

ERP programmes were failing for reasons that had little to do with technology. Scope moved without anyone deciding it should. Vendors were managed separately rather than as one delivery team. Nobody re-baselined when the original plan stopped being true. Organisations were left carrying the cost, and the people who could have fixed it were rarely in the room early enough.

We saw it often enough to recognise it as a genuine gap in the market, and built the company to fill it.

Healthcare — large medical scheme, Dynamics AX

Took over a troubled AX programme alongside a global system integrator and brought it back under governance and to delivery.

Telematics — listed company, Dynamics AX

Recovered a delayed implementation as Programme Manager.

Financial services — infrastructure provider

Recovered a delayed ERP programme; aligned the system integrator, HR/payroll and integration vendors under SteerCo and MANCO governance.

Mining — listed group

Stabilised delivery across Finance, SCM, Warehousing, Asset Maintenance and HR; brought commercials and change requests under control with Azure DevOps traceability.

FOUNDER

Myen Pather

Myen founded MY3N in 2021. He is a Senior ERP Delivery Lead with over twenty years in Microsoft Dynamics, and has led several programme recoveries across mining, financial services, healthcare and telematics.

Having worked both client-side and inside Microsoft partners — including running a D365 Business Central practice P&L — he understands what each side needs, and where the two usually fail to meet.
