OUR APPROACH
How a recovery runs.
Programmes rarely fail for technical reasons. They fail because scope moved without a decision, vendors stopped being managed as one team, or nobody re-baselined when the original plan became fiction.
01
Health check
An independent assessment of where the programme actually is, as opposed to where the status report says it is. Scope, plan, vendor performance, governance, data readiness and team capacity. Usually two to three weeks.
02
Re-baseline
A plan that can be defended — built from sequenced work and real dependencies, with the assumptions written down. This is the point at which the SteerCo gets an honest date.
03
Realign the vendors
SIs, ISVs, integration and payroll partners managed as one delivery team against one plan. SOWs reviewed, change requests brought under control, commercials tightened.
04
Lead it to go-live
Delivery leadership through build, test and cutover. Go/no-go criteria agreed in advance. Hypercare until the system is stable in the business.
Start with the health check.
Most engagements begin with an independent view of where the programme stands. It is the fastest way to establish what is recoverable and what it will take.
